Leathers & Associates has an excellent record of providing communities with safe, well-designed, and long-lasting projects. We’ll help you build a rugged, well-crafted structure using the best materials and methods available. But it will need to be maintained. If you care for it properly, it could still be in use 20 to 25 years from now.

Continuous community involvement in the long-term care of your project is essential. Leathers & Associates encourages communities to form a group called “Friends of the Park” (FOTP), which is a volunteer group that helps monitor the playground and organize maintenance projects.

As you maintain your structure, you’ll undoubtedly need to contact our office with questions or concerns. We will continue to work with you to ensure many years of exciting play for the children in your community. Here’s what you can expect from us:

• Unlimited telephone support for the life of your project—don’t ever hesitate to call with questions or concerns!

• A Long-Term Care Packet outlining a comprehensive maintenance program for your project and including education programs for children and adults

•  Semi-annual newsletters

• Web site updates

Optional services, including safety audits and ADA compliance reports, maintenance weekends, and accessibility upgrades (call for details and a quote).
